In our restaurant Schönblick, local and regional foods take centre stage not only because they taste better but because they reflect our life priorities. Our goal: for the richness and bounty of our region to be (re) discovered.

Our “Speck” partners: “Speck” – dried and smoked bacon – is an important staple in traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. Vroni and Patrick’s Speck is made the traditional way, with natural spices and lots of love, resulting in the best product on the market.

Our meat supplier: This master butcher personally selects the animals from local farmers and, with his many years of experience, produces the highest quality meat products available.

Our busy "honeybee": This farm keeps us regularly supplied with sweet, golden honey, served daily at breakfast. This honey is truly a treat!

Our schnapps supplier: Wolfgang Obkircher uses the traditional double distillation process accompanied by a heavy dose of passion, dedication and precision. Taste the tradition with every sip.
