We use local ingredients from local suppliers.
Products from local farmers. Hand-picked produce from our own garden. Our own homemade food made by our family. In our restaurant Schönblick, local and regional foods take centre stage not only because they taste better but because they reflect our life priorities. Our goal: for the richness and bounty of our region to be (re) discovered.
Happiness starts with a good meal.
