Guests of Hotel Gfell and Restaurant Schönblick enjoy both traditional dishes made from local and regional ingredients as well as seasonal specialties. For example, five ambitious Völser/Fiè winemakers present their wines as part of "In vino veritas | Wine & Dine", accompanied by special menus and delicacies.
Then it's time for the "Völser Kuchlkastl", a culinary highlight in October, where traditional, down-to-earth dishes are featured on the menu, for example, meat dishes from Völser beef, local game and local vegetables. A must for every gourmet!
Summertime is barbecue time.
In summer, once a week, we treat our guests to a special barbecue on our large terrace with its panoramic view. At sunset we surprise our guests with the finest grilled specialities, which taste even better with the magnificent view of the valley. A glass of fine wine rounds off this exceptional experience.
